What you will need to do:

- Work with current and new clients already

- Help clients become students at UK universities

- Help with application documents

- Submit student applications to universities for admission

What we offer:

- Fixed monthly consulting fees / salary

- Additional £100 bonus for each enrolled student

- We have daily lead generation and a large client database to work with

- Schedule from 10 to 17 UK time (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

 • Assign weekly tasks to the IT team for scheduled database campaigns.
2. Content for social media and video:
 • Develop scripts for Reels and Shorts with engaging headlines.
 • Publish content on social media (with the potential to delegate this task as part of career growth).
3. Analytics and customer base management:
 • Increase the business’s LTV and improve customer retention rates.
 • Segment the client database.
 • Conduct customer development interviews (custdevs) and analyze the target audience.
4. Lead magnets and promotions:
 • Develop lead magnets, customer gifts, and referral programs.
 • Create campaigns to encourage repeat purchases.
5. SEO and website management:
 • Produce weekly articles for the website using Chat GPT and manual editing to enhance SEO.
 • Set and monitor tasks for the IT manager to ensure article publication.
 • Analyze the current website and suggest improvements.
 • Write high-converting marketing texts for landing pages when needed.
6. Team communication:
 • Collaborate with video editors, targeting specialists, the sales department head, and the IT team.
 • Report directly to the company’s managing director.

• Conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.• Leading negotiations and delivering presentations at a senior level.
• Monitoring task execution and coordination between teams.
